Job Description
As an Associate Technical Product Manager at WebMD, you will be responsible for driving the creation of innovative AI-powered platform features and tools focused on LLMs and Cloud LLM technologies. You will work closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver features leveraging tools such as NotebookLM, OpenAI, and Claude. You will also be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with product goals.
Must have:
- Experience in managing product development and project execution in a technical environment
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong skills in competitive research, customer research, and data analysis
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Cloud LLM technologies
- Development experience with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Capable of leading diverse teams and driving collaboration
Good to have:
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, YouTrack, and other issue tracking systems
- Ability to mentor junior team members in Agile processes and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)
Experience: 1.5 to 4 years
Work timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Position Requirements:
- Product & Project Management - Experience in managing product development and project execution in a technical environment, especially with distributed teams.
- Agile - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Research & Analysis - Strong skills in competitive research, customer research, and data analysis to help shape AI-driven products
- AI technologies - Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Cloud LLM technologies, and tools such as NotebookLM, OpenAI, Claude, etc., with a commitment to continuous learning
- SDLC - Must have development experience with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how it integrates with product management processes.
- Team Management - Capable of leading diverse teams and driving collaboration.
- Tracking Tools - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, YouTrack, and other issue tracking systems.
- Mentorship - Ability to mentor junior team members in Agile processes and development.
- Problem solving - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Product Management - Drive the creation of innovative AI-powered platform features and tools focused on LLMs and Cloud LLM technologies. Maintain use cases, requirements, and wireframes with a user-centered design approach.
- AI Collaboration - Work closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver features leveraging tools such as NotebookLM, OpenAI, and Claude.
- Communication & Collaboration - Effectively communicate status, requirements, and technical solutions with stakeholders and team members. Keep tools like Jira and YouTrack updated.
- Learning & Mentoring - Stay informed on emerging LLM technologies and guide team members through evolving SDLC processes.
- Deployment & Support - Ensure smooth operationalization of products into production environments, following DevOps practices.
- Team & Stakeholder management - Manage expectations, ensure timely delivery, and ensure clarity on project goals, milestones, and dependencies
- Project Management - Oversee scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Risk Management - Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating as necessary.
- Meeting Coordination - Conduct efficient meetings to review project progress and address issues.
- Compliance - Ensure adherence to agreed processes for task management, prioritization, and time tracking.
