About The Role : -
Ninja Van is looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth, who excels at managing complex projects and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Manager for the CEO’s Office to serve as a strategic advisor and right-hand person to our Country Head. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the company’s success and gain invaluable experience at the highest level.
Your day-to-day :
- Partner with the Country Head to develop and implement long-term business strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and oversee special projects assigned by the Country Head.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and senior leadership teams.
- Prepare confidential briefings and presentations on key business matters.
- Manage and prioritise the CEO's external engagements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, providing insights to inform strategic direction.
- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Your know-how
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business management or consulting role. Overall 5-7 years of experience in related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, project management tools, and business analytics software (a plus).
