Job Description

As an HCL Software Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving overall software revenue growth for our valued customers. You will work with a team to cross-sell, up-sell, acquire new clients, and foster mutually beneficial relationships that enhance value for both HCL Software and our customers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts or a specific territory, ensuring that revenue targets are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders across all levels of an organization. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of the software industry.
Must have:
  • 10-15 years proven track record in Enterprise Software Sales
  • Ability to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts or territory
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a consultative sales approach.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
