HCL Software is seeking a Product Sales Specialist for their BigFix (IOS) solutions in France. The role involves driving new business growth and managing strategic customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Key responsibilities include delivering impactful presentations, building a sales pipeline, collaborating with sales teams on proposals, enhancing partner technical sales capabilities, and negotiating solutions with executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales or pre-sales, a proven track record in selling Enterprise IT Operations Management solutions, and strong executive engagement skills.
Must have:
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales/pre-sales
  • Proven track record in selling IT Operations Management solutions
  • Ability to influence C-level executives
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Success in generating new business
  • Fluency in local language and English
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Ivanti, Tanium, ServiceNow, BMC, or SCCM
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology

About the Role: As a Product Sales Specialist for our BigFix (IOS) solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and managing strategic customer relationships. Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you’ll work closely with the sales team to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that address complex client needs. This is a high-impact position that offers substantial responsibility and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver impactful presentations and workshops to diverse audiences, including developers, architects, IT managers, and C-suite executives.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed customer acquisition and revenue targets.
    • Serve as a deal coach or executive sponsor on key opportunities, providing strategic guidance for complex deals.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to craft customized, compelling proposals aligned with client objectives.
    • Partner with internal support teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales cycle.
    • Enhance the technical sales capabilities of HCL Software partners, driving adoption of BigFix solutions.
    • Negotiate and present solutions to executive leadership both within HCL and at client organizations.

What You’ll Bring:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales or pre-sales roles within the enterprise software industry, preferably in IT Operations.
    • Proven track record of successfully selling Enterprise IT Operations Management solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives through consultative selling and impactful presentations.
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly in articulating value-based solutions to executive audiences.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HCL Software solutions to customer challenges.
    • Success in generating new business and fostering long-term client relationships.
    • Familiarity with competitive technologies such as Ivanti, Tanium, ServiceNow, BMC, or SCCM.
    • Fluency in both the local language and English for effective collaboration with regional customers.
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies and tools like MEDDPICC to drive deal success.
