Job Description

Sabre, a technology company powering the global travel industry, seeks a creative and proactive Communications Specialist for its EMEA team. This role involves shaping and delivering impactful communications to engage, inform, and inspire employees across the region. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring the brand and culture to life through compelling storytelling and strategic messaging. Responsibilities include developing content for various channels, managing campaigns, maintaining communication platforms, collaborating with the Global Communications team for employer brand awareness, and acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with external agencies, supporting internal events, and tracking communication initiative effectiveness.
Must have:

Good to have:
  • Entry-level experience in a corporate environment

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Communications Specialist to join our EMEA team. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver impactful communications that engage, inform, and inspire employees across the region. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring our brand and culture to life through compelling storytelling and strategic messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Communications Lead to develop and deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including the intranet, email, presentations, speeches, digital signage, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to execution to design meaningful campaigns tailored to regional needs.
  • Ensure consistent and aligned messaging by proactively communicating project milestones, updates, and achievements.
  • Maintain and update key internal communication platforms and assets, such as intranet pages, digital screens, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with the Global Communications team to manage Employer Brand awareness for EMEA on our social media channels.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, supporting employee and customer engagement through storytelling and strategic messaging.
  • Amplify local success stories across the broader organization to foster a unified, “one-team” culture.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, communication priorities, and merchandising needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, including logistics, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Entry-level experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in PR, marketing, or communications (in-house or agency) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset—We > Me.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Unily, Microsoft Office, and AppSpace is a plus.
