DEWI is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online marketing efforts. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, conducting SEO and website optimization, utilizing Google Analytics for performance monitoring, planning and executing email marketing campaigns, overseeing social media content, collaborating with content creators, conducting market research, and providing performance reports and optimization recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing, proficiency in Google Analytics and various marketing tools, and excellent content marketing and copywriting skills.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Conduct SEO & website optimization
  • Use Google Analytics for performance monitoring
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Oversee social media content
Good to have:
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications

CTC Package: ₹55,000 - ₹65,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  2. Paid Advertising Management: Create, optimize, and analyze digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
  3. SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and website content optimization to improve search rankings.
  4. Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  5. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  6. Social Media Management: Oversee and create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  7. Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop compelling marketing content for digital channels.
  8. Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
  9. Reporting & Optimization: Track key performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Content & Social Media Strategy: Develop content marketing strategies for increased engagement across digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
✅ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
✅ Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
✅ Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and CRM software.
✅ Excellent content marketing and copywriting skills.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
✅ A creative mindset and passion for digital marketing.


Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
✔ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
✔ Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
