As a Digital Marketing Manager in the Talent Acquisition Marketing team, you'll create and lead project plans to attract top talent. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop innovative marketing solutions for a dynamic digital landscape. Responsibilities include managing analytics and reporting for paid, earned, and owned media, ensuring a data-driven approach. You'll manage digital strategies for an engaging candidate experience, enhancing conversion rates. This role requires strong project management, digital marketing expertise, and excellent communication skills. A passion for Disney's DEI initiatives is essential.

As part of the Talent Acquisition Marketing team, you will leverage your background and skill in Digital Media, Project Management, Marketing, and Analytics to help us attract the future talent of The Walt Disney Company. This role will report directly to the Manager, Digital Content & Communication.

What You Will Do:

  • Create, lead, and coordinate project plans in support of client and team priorities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and agencies/vendors to develop, sustain, and evolve innovative marketing solutions that meet the needs of an evolving digital media landscape
  • Manage analytics and reporting for our marketing team, inclusive of paid, earned, and owned media, in support of a data driven approach to all projects and campaigns

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Understanding and working knowledge of website development and design best practices
  • Background in developing, leading, and executing project plans, inclusive of deliverables, timelines, and milestones
  • Leading agency/ vendors & internal team in the development of career and employment-based platforms and SEO strategy while managing the project from concept to launch
  • Managing overall digital strategies that enable an engaging, seamless and integrated candidate experience to enhance the overall candidate conversion
  • Creative and collaborative spirit, positive attitude, eager to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders, balance numerous projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential information
  • A willingness to pitch in and help the team on all projects to meet critical deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced in Digital Media, Marketing, Marketing Communications, or equivalent with 3+ years industry experience
  • Experienced in reporting and analytics with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations that increase ROI

The hiring range for this remote position is $89,700.00 to $138,200.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
