As a Digital Process Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and modelling solutions using BPMN 2.0, CMMN and DMN. You will also gather requirements, develop custom products, and advise customers on digitalization, process automation, and agile working. Must-have experience in BPMN 2.0 and low-code platforms like Flowable, Camunda, PEGA, or Appian. Experience with customer and stakeholder management and requirements engineering is also essential.
As a Digital Process Consultant, you are our process expert and an essential part of our Process & Business Automation team at Mimacom. We work closely with our sister company Flowable to provide our customers with end-to-end expertise in process and case management.
What you’ll be doing:
You will support the design and modelling of solutions using standard notations such as BPMN 2.0, CMMN and DMN. You will also be responsible for
- Analysis and planning: You support our product owner and act as the interface between our customers and the development team, gathering requirements and developing a customised product that fits our customer's budget, schedule and users
- Consulting: You advise our customers on the topics of digitalisation, process automation, agile working and requirements implementation
- Implementation and supervision: You form (process) requirements, dependencies on other processes and customer requests into user stories, integrate them into the overall picture of the product and accompany them through conception and development to the go-live with the customer
What you’ll need:
Are you keen to identify process automation potential for our customers and realise it with our team? Interdisciplinary work, strong communication skills and team player qualities are in your blood? Great, then you still need:
- A degree (preferably in business informatics, industrial engineering, economics) or a comparable qualification
- Experience using BPMN 2.0, preferably in combination with a low-code plattform like Flowable, Camunda, PEGA, Appian or others
- Not necessarily specialist knowledge, but generalist knowledge with relevant experience in the following areas:
- Customer and stakeholder management
- requirements engineering
- Ideally, you have already taken on comparable responsibility in a dynamic and international IT service company
- Knowledge of agile project management (Scrum) applied in day-to-day work
