Bounteous is looking for a multi-solution platform architect with deep technical expertise in the marketing technology platforms to join our growing Digital Experience Platforms practice serving as a Director of Marketing Technology. Although this role will have an opportunity to work with various platforms, experience with Adobe Experience Platform is required. This position necessitates knowledge of varying industry trends, campaign management & journey orchestration best practices, and marketing technologies, so the ideal candidate should possess a desire to continually learn, improve and apply subject matter expertise to individual client needs and sales situations.
Positioned to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery teams, this role serves as a trusted advisor to client and platform partners, with a primary focus on optimizing customer experiences and marketing strategies through the the effective use of platforms. A strong understanding of broader data and marketing technologies to design scalable architectures and strategies for successful platform implementations and launches is critical to success.
The role partners with client service and business development teams to identify and expand account opportunities, creating solutions that maximize customer value through marketing technology platforms. A person in this role severs as a trusted advisor to our clients in leveraging their platform solutions and helping them maximize the value they drive from their tools - not just through initial implementation but on an ongoing basis. They also help set up our delivery teams for success and oversee delivery as necessary to meet client objectives. This high-visibility role supports partnerships with Adobe and other platforms to foster innovation, drive product adoption, achieve company certifications, and influence product roadmaps.
