The Singapore online country sales manager is set up with a vision to Improve HP's Brand value in the fastest growing RTM; Online Marketplaces, hp.com online store and call center, by ensuring best-in-class Customer Experience.
We aspire to provide a Seamless, Consistent, and personalized Experience, Where A Customer Chooses to Buy HP Products and services.
Over the next 3 years, online are expected to contribute over 30% of retail business in most Asian countries & given this significant growth of online business & digital transformation in Asia over the years to come, HP is looking to hire a talented & ambitious online Sales Manager based in Singapore, to engage eCommerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and manage Singapore hp.com online store and call center business.
What a E Commerce Country Sales Manager does at HP:
Enables Development of a long-term sales pipeline to increase HP's market share in Online Marketplaces. Establish a strategic engagement framework with various Marketplace platforms to support business teams driving revenue outcomes on marketplaces. Strategically define innovative UX and optimization initiatives with various online platforms
Provide support to the Omnichannel & Etail Account managers across all major countries in Singapore
Set direction for business development and solution replication.
Act as a dedicated resource to a few strategic accounts.
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
Maintain and use overall cross-portfolio knowledge to support account leads with integration of solutions.
Maintains broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with Customer Executives.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Degree/ Masters in Business is preferred.
Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customers and higher-level customer interface.
Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse sets of selling responsibilities.
Viewed as an expert in each field by company and customer.
Considered a mentor in selling strategy, including designing strategy.
Min 8 years of related sales experience of which at least 3 to 5 years preferably in online & Retail RTM & category management experience preferably in the PC/ Mobile / Consumer durable Industry.
Project management skills required.
Knowledge and Skills:
Know the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors in the account and how to leverage this knowledge in the account.
In-depth knowledge of marketplace platforms business objectives, organizational structure, business processes, and financial structure.
Considerable knowledge of the customer's infrastructure and architecture of the platform algorithm.
Strategic planning on a business development level; can build an effective business case reflecting the value of an appropriate strategy.
Balance strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
Uses C-level engagement skills in collaboration with account leads to offer value-add solutions to the client and internal customers.
Excellent project oversight skills.
Works with the account team to build an effective account plan and strategy to drive incremental revenue in the account.
Successful partner engagement experience. Works effectively with our partners to drive additional revenue.
Leverage HP partner ecosystem for geographic and footprint expansion of digital coverage models
Establish a program framework to help partners transform their digital business models
Deploy innovative, cutting-edge digital capabilities & assets to accelerate partner’s digital revenue mix
