What We Offer
Nasdaq is looking for a goal-oriented and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to support Nasdaq’s newly formed Financial Technology business. This is an exciting opportunity to help build, nurture and grow Nasdaq’s brand in APAC with a $1B solutions revenue profile and a global client footprint of over 3,500 financial institutions in 70+ countries.
Reporting to the Global Head of Field Marketing in Paris, the Specialist will partner with growing sales and marketing teams to accelerate the go to market strategy to grow our business in the region. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a versatile, demand generation-focused field marketer to make a significant impact.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do
The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with the broader marketing team, business development team and sales management to plan, organize and deliver in-region digital and in-person touch points that serve as important extensions of the Nasdaq brand, drivers of client engagement and high-conversion activities to drive net new or accelerate existing pipeline through the funnel. Being adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment is a critical success factor.
Planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of field activities including webinars, third party events and client conferences resulting in branding opportunities and lead-generation with compelling return on investment across APAC
Support the Field Marketing team in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration, Managing vendors, agencies, and contractors to complete all aspects of marketing activities,
Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials for relevant exhibitions and conferences,
Report on key campaign performance metrics for in person and digital events.
What We Expect
5+ years of event management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
Desire to learn about the industry, our clients and our products to be more effective in running in-region activities.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Ability to think strategically, coupled with the focus and discipline necessary to simultaneously execute on a wide variety of tasks.
A strong team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to produce high quality work with strong attention to detail.
Experience with Salesforce and Marketo or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 25% to manage events.
Marketing degree, communication, business or equivalent preferred.
