As a Tesla HR Partner based in Antwerp or Brussels, you'll drive engagement, build organizational scalability, and provide HR support to Sales, Service, and Delivery teams in Belgium. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, advising on local labor law, coaching leadership, facilitating engagement surveys and action planning, supporting conflict resolution, and conducting workshops. You'll ensure compliance with global and local requirements, champion the HR team, and contribute to building Tesla's brand. The role demands strong generalist HR experience, excellent communication (French & English), and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

As a HR Partner in Tesla, you enjoy driving engagement and building organizational scalability. You will be responsible for providing support in HR related questions to parts of the organization. The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidanceand supporting the local operations in the Belgium with the functions Sales, Service and Delivery as main priorities. Operating as HR Partner, you willensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented and updated in line with legislative and audit requirements in conjunction with global requirements.

* This role can be based in Antwerp or Brussels. 

What You’ll Do
  • Drive the local implementation of key initiatives in alignment with the broader HR strategy and business requirements
  • Coach, develop and support local leadership on an ongoing basis – build local leadership capability
  • Facilitate group sessions regarding Tesla’s annual engagement survey and work with local management on action planning, ensure consistent follow-up and progress accountability
  • Work with leadership on building culture (workforce sustainability, health, well-being)
  • Advise on local labour law regulations and implications and guide / coach leaders through conflict handling and grievance
  • Support in organizing and facilitating workshops for local stakeholders on any relevant/required topics (from leadership to labour law, new process implementation etc…)
  • Champion the HR team; be an ambassador for the team on the ground and support in building our powerful brand and reputation
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong generalist HR experience is essential for this role
  • Good working knowledge of local employment law and HR bestpractice
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken French
  • Proven track record of positively influencing teams
  • Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal
  • Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
