HR Process Owner, People Operations
Job Summary
Job Description
This role focuses on designing and executing operationally compliant HR processes that mitigate compliance risks. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing country-specific processes to address business needs, improving efficiency, and reducing risks. The role also involves optimizing existing processes for scalability and delivering exceptional experiences for Googlers. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentations, aligning cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires balancing activity across multiple countries including Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Ukraine, Croatia, Lithuania, and Bulgaria. Fluency in English and Romanian is essential, along with 7+ years of experience in HR program deployment and knowledge of Romanian HR legal requirements.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience in Romanian legal and regulatory requirements for local Human Resource (HR) practices and standards.
- Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience in legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Experience with digital transformation/HR digitalization.
- Knowledge of HR tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis with communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive market priorities.

- Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
- Perform comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentation to align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Balance activity across all countries in scope, including Romania as well as Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Ukraine, Croatia, Lithuania and Bulgaria. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
