Job Description

This International Growth Consultant role focuses on helping Google's largest clients expand their international business in emerging markets or Southern Europe. Responsibilities include consulting on growth strategies, developing data-driven recommendations, and supporting clients throughout their export journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience presenting technical and financial data, and fluency in French or Italian. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, creating innovative solutions, and overcoming operational hurdles. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities are essential. The position is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience gathering and presenting technical/financial data
  • 3+ years experience using technology for business objectives
  • Fluency in French or Italian
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • 3+ years analyzing market/product information for strategies
  • Experience in strategy creation and delivery
  • Understanding of digital marketing products
  • Experience supporting clients' export journeys

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
  • 3 years of experience using technological tools to accomplish business objectives and goals.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, product and organizational information to strategies and plans.
  • Experience in strategy creation and leading and delivering strategic initiatives and business goals.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing products and landscape.
  • Ability to communicate in French or Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence towards shared objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Consult Google’s largest customers on how to grow their international business by understanding customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across markets/verticals.
  • Conceive innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions to identify growth opportunities for customers and scale them.
  • Provide support to clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market including how to overcome key operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
  • Be a team player, contributing to the positive culture of the International Growth team and positively influencing your own development, and also the development of those around you.
