Trek Bicycle Corporation in Waterloo, WI is seeking to hire an IT Microsoft Dynamics 365 Team Lead
with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM. This individual is responsible for developing and working with IT and business stakeholders to support and enhance existing solutions implemented on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Responsibilities will also include understanding and configuring tools outside the Dynamics 365 CRM platform that interface with the Dynamics 365 platform.
Responsibilities include creating and administering new solutions that digitize IT and other business processes, helping IT and business areas reduce redundant work, enhance productivity and efficiency of existing business processes.
Reporting to the Software Development Manager, this individual must be able to effectively communicate in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The position is located at the Trek Bicycle Corporation Office in Gurgaon, India.
Core Responsibilities:
Administer Trek’s Dynamics 365 CRM Online environment including: workflow customization, process automation, dashboard creation, and system configuration.
Set expectations with the business and hit deadlines.
Provide expertise to the team
Manage environment users
Research upcoming releases and follow business trends
Learn business processes.
Create and maintain documentation.
Provide weekly written status reports to management.
Proactively collaborate with stakeholders in all levels of the company.
Execute testing needed to assure the desired functionality of the solutions meets the business requirements.
Provide end-to-end training for CRM end users.
Proactively administer the CRM environments.
Proactively assist in communicating new features released to users.
Proactively share knowledge with co-workers and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to cover duties during illness, vacations, training, etc.
Administer and configure 3rd party tools including 8x8, Adobe Sign, Postman, Power Automate,
Other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science (equivalent professional experience considered)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 online or Salesforce.
Web development including JavaScript, CRM APIs, CSS and JSON: 2 years preferred
Experience with IDEs and Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
Ability to understand complex business & system processes and clearly articulate business requirements.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of digitizing business processes.
Good written / oral communication skills.
Strong process management, process improvement and problem-solving skills.
