ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Spanish speaking Key Account Manager to join our GREAT KAM Team. The role will focus on the Spanish market. As KAM you will create, communicate, and evaluate the KAM strategy for the market, collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders and manage customers expectations in line with regulatory standards. We are seeking a dynamic individual with fast, innovative thinking skills, marketing skills, and a solid business acumen.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Create and communicate the Key Account retention strategy for the market.
● Build relationships with our customers in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements. This includes timely and professional day-to-day queries handling, including out of office hours and weekends when needed.
● Build, document, and maintain player profiles, including knowledge of player behaviors, interests, likes, and dislikes as well as documenting all player contacts.
● Plan, implement and evaluate strategies in line with compliance requirements, as well as build up a knowledge base on what works within a regulated framework market.
● Working close to the CRM Managers for the Spanish market, and giving support on CRM tasks when required.
● Ensure that the player experience when moving from one segment to the next is as smooth as possible and that is maximized for all processes in which the KAM manager is responsible for the direct player communication.
● Report on and own the KPIs for the market within your KAM team and perform other tasks as assigned when needed.
● Be a role model for the company and your colleagues by acting in accordance with the attitudes of LeoCulture.

● Native in Spanish and fluent in English.
● A personality that is always willing to give our players the best possible service together with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Nice to have skills:
● Previous experience in a similar role.
