Knowledge Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Knowledge Manager with expertise in ServiceNow to lead and elevate our organization’s knowledge management strategy. This role will oversee the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of knowledge management processes, ensuring that employees and service teams have access to the information they need to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the knowledge management strategy across the enterprise, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
  • Oversee the development and enforcement of governance standards for knowledge creation, management, and lifecycle processes.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to drive innovations in knowledge discoverability and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between knowledge management and key business functions like HR and IT.
  • Lead and mentor a team of knowledge professionals, fostering growth and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in knowledge management, including leadership roles and significant experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow's Knowledge Management module, with familiarity in related modules like ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, IT, or related fields; advanced degree preferred. Relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow and ITIL, are a plus.

This role is key in driving innovation, governance, and efficiency in knowledge management, empowering the organization to deliver superior service and operational outcomes.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$141,800 — $212,600 USD
