The Lead Environment Artist will be responsible for coordinating with other leads, defining the visual direction with the Art Director, and working with the Tech Art department to define technical art budgets, workflows, and pipelines. They will create new assets, oversee technical setups, update existing assets, fix graphical bugs, mentor other artists, and create presentations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Must Have:- 5+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience leading/coordinating other artists.
- Proficient with 3dsmax/Maya, Substance Designer, Zbrush, and Unreal Engine.
- Excellent high/low poly modeling skills.
- Understanding of art concepts (modeling, texturing, materials, modularity, level design).
- Experience working with technical art budgets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
