LIDAR/EO PHOTOGRAMMETRIST to support a client in

Team member will provide photogrammetry support, to include LiDAR processing and analysis or the generation of point clouds from EO imagery, and the co-registration of multi-source datasets.
- Assist in producing multi-source data packages for geodetic survey missions leveraging existing data and services for planned and ad hoc survey missions based on planned and ad hoc yearly requirements under the direction of the senior-level photogrammetric lead.
- Assist in producing data packages consistent with relevant SOPs and standards documents as created or designated by senior-level photogrammetric lead with assistance, as needed.
- Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure accessibility of the package and address any questions about content or usage.
- Solicit post-deployment feedback on package usability with the stakeholders and work with the senior-level photogrammetric lead to refine the process as needed.
- Provide input to senior-level photogrammetric revisions of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), geodetic standards, and other documentation related to the package generation process.
- Inform customer stakeholders and senior-level photogrammetric lead on status and completions.
- Identify potential data sources or optimization methods for the package generation process.
- Assist in identifying data accessibility issues from geographically separated users and by teams in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required to start. Must be willing to sit for a CI poly.
- Basic knowledge of photogrammetry, LiDAR processing and analysis, and EO point cloud generation
- 1-3 years of experience processing and analyzing LiDAR data or EO point clouds, and documenting precision and error in accordance with existing data standards
- Basic experience co-registering multiple data sets to the WGS 84 reference frame and perform statistical analysis to determine the absolute and relative error
- Basic experience using QT Modeler, Socet Set, or similar elevation or point cloud processing and analysis software
- Basic experience using ESRI ArcGISPro
- Knowledge of digital data formats such as vector data, raster data or shape files
- Good oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- STEM Degree
- Geodetic surveying or land surveying experience or coursework
- Knowledge of geodetic or statistical principles
- Familiarity with sponsor systems architecture, including unclassified cloud environments
