This is a full-time position ONSITE in New York, Los Angeles, or Miami.

Join our client's team as a Manager of Global Influencer & Creator Marketing, where you will spearhead dynamic influencer marketing initiatives for prestigious clients in lifestyle, entertainment, travel, and consumer goods. This role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at managing comprehensive influencer campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute multi-channel influencer strategies that resonate with client goals. Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and talent selection to content creation and performance analysis.

  • Talent Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies. Handle negotiations and ensure clear communication of campaign deliverables.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing updates, strategic insights, and performance evaluations. Foster robust client partnerships and explore new collaboration opportunities.

  • Project & Team Management: Lead multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Guide a team of coordinators, fostering their growth and aligning efforts with senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in influencer marketing within an agency or brand environment.

  • Expertise in both paid and organic influencer strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Proven track record in client relationship management and campaign leadership.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing influencer partnerships.

  • Proficiency in influencer management and analytics tools.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting is advantageous.
