Job Description

This Marketing Campaign Management role focuses on the Philippines e-commerce sector within ByteDance's SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team. Responsibilities include developing data-driven campaign strategies, conducting market research, managing multi-channel campaigns (social media, paid advertising, influencer partnerships), analyzing campaign data for optimization (A/B testing, multivariate testing), collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance (CTR, CVR, ROI, ROAS). The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in campaign marketing within e-commerce, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and project management abilities.

About our team Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of Bytedance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities - Campaign Strategy & Planning: - Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging trends. - Develop data-driven campaign strategies that align with business goals and customer segments. - Utilize insights from research to inform creative concepts and messaging frameworks. - Plan multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating social media, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships. - Research & Optimization: - Continuously analyze campaign data using internal data analytics tools to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement. - Apply best practices from previous data analytics experience to enhance internal processes. - Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing on campaign elements such as copy, visuals, and CTAs. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify preferences and pain points, using insights to shape future campaigns. - Maintain a repository of industry benchmarks and competitor campaign analyses to guide optimization efforts. - Campaign Execution & Management: - Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns from start to finish. - Collaborate with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to produce high-quality assets and content. - Ensure campaign consistency across all touchpoints, including the website, social media, and email marketing. - Develop clear KPIs for each campaign and establish monitoring protocols for real-time tracking. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: - Track campaign metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROI, ROAS. - Use internal data analytics tools for real-time performance tracking and optimization. - Produce comprehensive post-campaign reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and key insights. - Regularly present data-driven recommendations to optimize ongoing and future campaigns. - Collaboration & Special Projects: - Work closely with cross-functional teams on special projects that align with the company’s strategic goals. - Contribute insights and creative solutions to broader marketing initiatives, adding value beyond core campaigns. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative approaches for emerging opportunities. - Budget & Resource Management: - Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation and maximum impact. - Report on budget utilization and cost-effectiveness, proposing adjustments as needed. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement: - Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and strategies. - Implement innovative optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance. - Proactively propose new campaign ideas based on research insights and industry developments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Over 3 years of experience in Campaign Marketing or in a similar role, preferably within eCommerce. - Extensive experience managing multi-channel campaigns Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement optimization strategies. - Strong understanding of how to tailor campaign strategies to different channels for maximum impact. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. - Critical thinker with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
