The role requires collaboration with marketing, development, and vendor teams.

Job Details

Creative Marketing Producer 


Dreamhaven is seeking an experienced Content Producer to help our publishing team execute quality marketing content. This role will report to the Creative Services Manager and work across marketing and developer teams to manage asset pipelines across our portfolio of games, keeping them organized, on track and collaborative.

As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for asset production from start to finish. You’ll create flexible workback schedules, manage stakeholder feedback and work closely with our internal creative team and vendors. A deep understanding of creative production processes is necessary for success; you’ll be responsible for communicating expectations, opportunities and risks, and will need to exercise initiative and critical thinking in anticipating and then resolving blockers. Ability to communicate and strong organizational skills are key!


This is a temporary role with an estimated duration through September 2025. 



What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to validate and then execute strategically-informed content production for our marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain flexible workback schedules and stakeholder review cycles
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating budgets and timelines and working with our legal team to manage SOWs
  • Efficiently and effectively navigate potential problems and roadblocks
  • Collect and translate detailed feedback from stakeholders into actionable items and next steps, helping to guide discussion when needed for alignment
  • Coordinate schedules across marketing,dev teams, and vendors to spin up and lead review cycles
  • Manage creative productions from the start of the briefing process to final delivery with our publishing partners
  • Utilizing tools such as Airtable, Frame.io and Google Drive to track and organize reviews and deliveries
  • Oversee localization and first party versioning post-production pipelines for your productions
  • Assist periodically with in-office film shoots


Who You Are (Skills and Qualifications):

  • 5+ years of experience within a producer role in video game marketing
  • Proven ability to track and maintain multiple project workstreams at a time, often with shifting deadlines and requirements
  • Deep understanding of creative production processes, including but not limited to gameplay trailers, CGs, 2D animation and key art
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong ability to consistently and openly communicate with professionalism and assertiveness
  • Practiced critical analysis and communication skills for translating creative notes into actionable feedback
  • Experience with localization and console delivery pipelines
  • Well versed in tools such as Airtable, Frame.io, and Slack
  • Passion for multiple genres of video games

The base salary range for this position is $88,902 to $148,171 USD per year, which is associated with our Level 3 salary band. The range listed for this position is just one component of Dreamhaven’s total compensation package for team members and exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
