ML Engineer

The Opportunity: In this role, you will collaborate with AI engineering to build classical and generative models that enable our intelligent travel planning agents. You will contribute to model building, training, fine-tuning and RL efforts that seek to create truly intelligent AI assistants. • Lead data analysis initiatives to extract meaningful insights that drive product development.
• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex problems.
• Implement, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models for specific applications.
• Establish data processing pipelines and infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of NLP concepts and experience with transformer-based models.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves:

• Previous experience at an AI-focused company or research lab.
• Published research or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Experience deploying ML models to production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
