Job Description

The Senior Brand Manager for Nikke will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote various internet products, platforms, and services. This role requires leveraging market and user insights to drive brand development, create engaging content, manage strategic channels, and lead tactical executions to achieve KPIs such as new installs, increased user engagement, and enhanced brand awareness. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global regions to create a cohesive go-to-market plan, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with specific objectives and budget constraints. The position is based in Shenzhen, China.

Must have:

Develop effective marketing strategies
Drive brand development and promotion
Create engaging content and campaigns
Manage strategic marketing channels
Achieve established KPIs (e.g., new installs, user engagement)
Cross-functional team collaboration

Responsibilities:

1. Leverage market and user insights to develop effective marketing strategies.
2. Responsible for driving brand development and promoting various internet products/platforms/services through comprehensive marketing planning, creative campaigns, compelling content creation, strategic channel management, and engaging events.
3. Engage with cross-functional teams and global regions to create an adhesive and aligned go-to-market plan.
4. Lead tactical executions that engages end-users to achieve established KPIs.
5. Ensure that all marketing approaches and budgets are strategically aligned with specific objectives, such as driving new installs, increasing active user engagement, achieving return targets, and enhancing brand awareness, among other relevant metrics.
