As a Partner Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to YouTube's valued partners and creators. You will prioritize their needs, resolving complex issues, providing platform education, and facilitating channel growth. You will advocate a partner/creator-centric approach within a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless, global support across the YouTube platform. Key responsibilities include: providing comprehensive operational support to partners via email communication, consulting with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services, collaborating with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers to develop partner-centric business plans and growth strategies, proactively driving, measuring, and analyzing partner performance, identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement, utilizing key metrics to assess data through quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating actionable insights, contributing to the scalability of the Partner Operations team through innovative solutions, efficiency gains, and thorough root cause analysis.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing role
  • Fluency in English and Korean for engaging with local stakeholders
  • Deliver comprehensive operational support to YouTube partners via email communication
  • Consult with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers
  • Proactively drive, measure, and analyze partner performance
  • Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Contribute to the scalability of the Partner Operations team
Good to have:
  • Experience in project/program management or developing scalable solutions within the technology or media industry
  • Experience with the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem in Korea
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop innovative solutions for scaling initiatives
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain organization within a fluid, dynamic environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills

Minimum qualifications:
