Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager for Global YouTube Reputation Marketing will develop and execute product marketing strategies for responsibility products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating integrated go-to-market plans, and overseeing global reputation programs. Responsibilities include developing narratives, addressing gaps, and building initiatives to improve YouTube's reputation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with ambiguity, and possess experience in a global, fast-paced environment. The role necessitates partnering with Google teams to align YouTube's efforts with Google's overall trust and responsibility initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and developing insights-driven strategy, ideas, and recommendations with varying degrees of information.

We are looking for a product marketer who is savvy, strategic, and can build strong relationships with senior level cross-functional stakeholders.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop product marketing strategy for responsibility products.
  • Develop and execute product marketing plans working with cross-functional teams and marketing leadership, from positioning and narratives to launch strategies and integrated GTM. 
  • Oversee end to end reputation strategy approach for global reputation programs - proactively addressing gaps, building initiatives, strategies and assets to address.
  • Navigate stakeholders across product, marketing, partnerships, GAPP, and regional/local to drive consistency. Communicate workstream plans, results, and learnings with cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Partner with Google teams to ensure alignment and thoughtful integration of YouTube in Google’s trust and responsibility efforts.
