The Senior Analytical Lead, Americas App Leads role at Google involves leveraging media analytics and data analysis to provide business insights to clients. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese fluently.

Once you have solved these challenges, you are just as passionate about seeing your solutions come to life and consistently act as a change agent within our client’s organization, using clear and compelling data points to articulate your recommendations to stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

This role will work with teams across CG&E, Brazil, and Spanish Latin America. This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Portuguese or Spanish with local stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Leverage measurement methods and analysis to produce business-focused insights and help customers understand the value of media.
  • Test via experimentation and learning agendas, share learnings across sectors, and implement best practices with cross-functional partners.
  • Define a cross-media measurement standard that supports an accurate and fair measurement of performance for a customer's business.
