The Measurement Specialist at Google works with clients to drive growth by leveraging online media expertise, investigative skills, and client service. This role involves conducting market research and analysis to understand client needs, using data analysis to extract insights from large datasets, and guiding clients in utilizing Google's measurement solutions. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, developing customized measurement frameworks, conducting effectiveness studies, driving adoption of preferred methodologies, and sharing best practices. The role requires close collaboration with Google's Sales, Product, and Engineering teams and involves advising clients on Google's broad product offerings.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in consulting/research/analytics
- Data analysis for product/customer strategy
- Stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English and Mandarin communication
Good to have:
- Experience presenting to executives
- Familiarity with Google & third-party measurement platforms
- Digital marketing and media buying knowledge

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in consulting, research or analytics research in digital media, sales, marketing, or product areas.
- Experience in using data to identify and recommend ways to improve product and customer strategy.
- Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders including statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Familiarity with Google's measurement products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Firebase) and leading third-party platforms (e.g., Adobe, AppsFlyer).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and media buying.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically for framework development.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with advertisers and sales teams.
- Excellent investigative and communication skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to advise clients on Google's broad product offerings and setting the goal for their advertising strategies. Ultimately, you will empower clients to connect with audiences effectively and grow in the ever-evolving digital landscape.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and measurement needs. Partner closely with Google Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive product innovation.
- Develop customized measurement frameworks and roadmaps for clients, encompassing a range of methodologies and Google's measurement solutions. Design tests to demonstrate the effectiveness of robust measurement practices.
- Conduct in-depth custom ad effectiveness studies and analyses to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and media.
- Drive the adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches across clients, verticals, and the industry.
- Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.
