Responsibilities include conducting account profiling and risk assessments, executing fraud prevention strategies, monitoring detection systems, collaborating with customer support, analyzing fraud metrics, preparing reports, and staying updated on industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. The role involves investigating suspicious transactions, applying account restrictions, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Risk and Fraud Analyst to join our dynamic team in the gaming industry. This role is pivotal in identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring fraudulent activities are detected and prevented. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to address fraud-related issues effectively and uphold the integrity of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough account profiling and risk assessments, applying relevant account restrictions to minimize exposure to fraudulent activity.
    • Execute effective fraud prevention strategies and processes to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent behaviors.
    • Monitor fraud detection systems, investigating and addressing any suspicious transactions or activities promptly.
    • Collaborate closely with the customer support team to resolve fraud-related inquiries efficiently and with a customer-first approach.
    • Analyze fraud metrics and patterns to identify trends and recommend areas for improvement.
    • Assist in preparing reports and updates on fraud-related incidents, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in fraud prevention to enhance the organization's defenses.

Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the risk and fraud field, preferably within the gaming industry.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in high-pressure situations.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism.
    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering clear and open communication across departments.
