Job Description

This is a remote contract position for a Revenue Enablement Operations Contractor. The role involves auditing, evaluating, and cleaning up approximately 1,000–1,500 sales enablement assets within Kapost. The contractor will assess assets for relevance, usage, and quality, create an asset inventory, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and propose best practices for organization and distribution. The contractor will work on a time-bound project. The role may average between 20-40 hours per week.

We’re hiring a Revenue Enablement Operations Contractor for a remote opportunity focused on revitalizing and optimizing a sales enablement content repository within Kapost. This time-bound project centers on auditing, evaluating, and cleaning up approximately 1,000–1,500 assets to improve content quality and usability. If time permits, the project will expand to include developing a strategy for long-term storage and distribution improvements.

The role is remote and may average between 20–40 hours per week based on project needs.

Revenue Enablement Operations Contractor Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of ~1,000–1,500 sales enablement assets stored in Kapost.

  • Evaluate each asset for relevance, usage, and quality; categorize as “fine as-is,” “needs updating,” or “should be retired.”

  • Develop cleanup and retention criteria to ensure alignment with sales needs.

  • Create an asset inventory with assessment ratings and detailed recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to gather feedback on asset usage.

  • Propose best practices for organizing, tagging, and accessing assets within Kapost.

  • Recommend a streamlined distribution model to ensure content discoverability and consistency going forward.

Revenue Enablement Operations Contractor Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or digital asset management.

  • Demonstrated experience in auditing and optimizing content repositories.

  • Expertise with Kapost (required); familiarity with Bynder, Salesforce, and SharePoint is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage cross-functional teams.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive work to completion.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
