Brillio is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional Salesforce programs from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define program goals, scope, and priorities. The ideal candidate will establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders, and coordinate efforts across project managers, Salesforce developers, architects, and third-party vendors. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, managing program budgets and resource planning, and driving Agile best practices for Salesforce delivery. Additionally, the role requires overseeing user adoption strategies and training for new Salesforce capabilities.
Must have:
- Lead Salesforce programs from planning to execution.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
Good to have:
- Background in manufacturing or logistics industries.
- Salesforce certifications (ADM 201, PMP, or similar).
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.

Role: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Remote (Anywhere in US /Canada)

Job Description:
· Program Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional Salesforce programs from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define program goals, scope, and priorities.
· Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders.
· Team Coordination: Coordinate efforts across project managers, Salesforce developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
· Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies early; proactively develop mitigation plans.
· Budget & Resource Planning: Manage program budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.
· Agile Execution: Drive Agile best practices across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
· Change Management: Oversee user adoption strategies and training for new Salesforce capabilities across regions.
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce programs.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ.).
· Experience leading large-scale, global CRM, CPQ rollouts or digital transformation programs.
· PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications (ADM 201, PMP, or similar) preferred.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
· Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Nice to Have:
· Background in industries such as manufacturing or logistics.
