Manage and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Collaborate with IT and other engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow and secure integration processes.

Data Management & Quality Control:
Develop and implement data migration strategies, data quality processes, and management frameworks to ensure Salesforce data integrity.
Conduct regular data audits and performance optimization, ensuring system scalability and reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce within the organization, providing end-user training and ongoing support.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Proactively identify and resolve issues within Salesforce environments, implementing best practices to prevent future challenges.
Monitor system health, usage, and performance, optimizing configurations and recommending upgrades or new features.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, configuration, and administration.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative configuration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including API integration and data management best practices.
Knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or Salesforce Architect)
are a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce add-ons.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
