Job Description
A Senior 3D Level Designer is needed to design and implement 3D content for in-game level structures and environments. Responsibilities include planning and executing level design, managing lighting and shadows, creating textures, and working with various 3D software. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in level design, proficiency in PBR workflows, experience with tools like SpeedTree, and a strong understanding of game development processes. A passion for creating high-quality visuals and a collaborative spirit are essential. Bonus points for familiarity with Gundam IP, mechanical games, and military machinery.
Must have:
- 5+ years level design experience
- Proficient in PBR workflows & lighting
- Skilled in 3D software & texturing
- Experienced with SpeedTree & terrain tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
Good to have:
- Gundam IP knowledge
- Experience with mechanical games
- Familiarity with military machinery

1、负责游戏内关卡结构环境3D内容的设计规划，效果实现；
任职要求：
1、熟悉PBR流程等渲染风格化相关技术内容，有较好的光影布置能力，丰富的烘焙制作经验，一定的材质制作能力，相对应的较好的模型贴图制作能力，能够整体在各个模块内容控制自己的关卡画风，对相关特效动画模块有了解并且使用在关卡中的能力,熟悉相关植被工具speedtree 等相关地形编辑工具；
2、5年左右地图关卡制作经验，能独立完成关卡规划实现和高品质的关卡美术效果；
3、熟练掌握相关3D制作软件；
4、强烈的工作责任心，遇到问题能深入钻研解决办法，喜爱美术技术，对自身制作品质有要求和实现；
5、有完整的项目制作经验，对游戏制作流程比较了解；
6、加分项（对高达IP了解，对机械类游戏作品比较了解，军事机械结构熟悉相关工作原理）。
