Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will focus on acquiring new customers through inbound leads and outbound prospecting. Your responsibilities include generating sales opportunities, closing deals, and updating sales activities in Salesforce. You will also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to analyze industry trends and best practices. This remote position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in software/technology sales
  • Experience with cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach for sales pipeline

Job Description

The Senior Account Executive position is a hunter sales role for net new customer acquisition. Your overall responsibility is to close new business deals from inbound leads, and your own outbound prospecting efforts to meet or exceed your individual sales targets.

  • Generate new business pipeline and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, and effectively bring deals to a close won
  • Effectively close inbound leads qualified by the BDR team
  • Keep sales activities and KPI metrices updated in salesforce as you work through inbound leads and sales opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to advise on industry trends, and best practices
  • This position is 100% remote
  • You will report to the Vice President of Sales

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience. Preferably in software/technology sales
  • Experience building sales pipeline and opportunities through cold calling, email & LinkedIn outreach
  • Self-starter and eager to embrace the grind of a hunter sales role
  • Coachable, and have ability to take constructive feedback and implement into your own sales skills & technique
  • Team-oriented, and willingness to push yourself outside of your comfort zone
