THE ROLE:
ProbablyMonsters is seeking a Senior Build and Release Engineer to join our release management team. Our Build and Release Engineer is responsible for helping to manage our source control systems, working with the other build engineers to make our build farm hum like a well-oiled machine, and helping to make our continuous integration/delivery systems to the next level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support the development needs of multiple game studios.
- Managing all aspects of large-scale source control depots.
- Support build system infrastructure used by the studios.
- Work closely with studio engineering teams and other build engineers to ensure gaming engine versions are efficient and problem-free.
- Ensure systems being built and deployed are supportable at a production level.
- Interface with Information Technology partners to resolve issues within the build farm and build server ecosystem.
- Create documentation and help refine processes as you learn.
- Implement standard approaches for build and deployment systems that can be reused through multiple studios and games.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience working with source control and build systems.
- At least 4 years of experience writing and debugging code in at least one language.
- Understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and isolate problems quickly.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Unreal 4.
- Experience with Jenkins.
- Experience with Perforce and/or GitHub.
- Experience with console, PC, and mobile development.
- You enjoy playing video games.

Compensation:
- This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position.
- The full salary range for this position is $117,000 - $177,000 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. When an offer is made, many factors are considered, such as your unique experience and skills, where you live, where the work will be performed, what similar jobs pay and internal equity.
In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as short- and long-term incentives. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
