Position Title: Software Senior Engineer (Multiple Positions Available) 

Location: 1 W Elm Street, Suite 200, Conshohocken, PA 19428

Hours: 40 hours per week

Telecommuting: 100% telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.

Travel: 10% domestic travel required for team offsite meetings

JOB DUTIES: Collaborate within an Agile team to innovatively realize features throughout the software development lifecycle. Architect, develop, execute unit testing, and deploy Boomi products and services, including enhancements and/or remediation of any reported anomalies. Operate as an autonomous Epic owner, driving comprehensive end-to-end implementation of a software product utilizing full stack development paradigms. Provide mentorship and strategic technical guidance to fellow team members. Function independently with a moderate degree of oversight from technical leadership. Conduct thorough research, validate findings, and advocate for technology decisions pertaining to new feature development. Investigate and resolve multifaceted customer issues with precision. Analyze and rectify mission-critical production issues as part of an on-call rotation. Serve as an advocate and thought leader for the product in one of the key areas such as security, and exert influential leadership within the team in that domain. Spearhead code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project milestones. Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, development, and deployment processes. Facilitate technical workshops and training sessions to elevate team capabilities. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Agile methodologies and practices within the team. Lead efforts in performance optimization, scalability enhancement, and system reliability improvements. Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery. Oversee the configuration and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools. Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability. Collaborate with the operations team to automate deployment processes and manage infrastructure as code. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards in all DevOps practices. 

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalency in Computer Science, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalency in Computer Science, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following skills:

• Atomsphere or similar Application Integration tool;

• Java and Spring Boot;

• Building and consuming RESTful APIs;

• GraphQL for API development;

• AWS technologies (Cloudformation, S3, ECS, EKS, and EC2); and

• Devops and build tools (Jenkins, Harness, Maven and other CI/CD tools).
