WHAT YOU DO

You will be responsible for shaping and managing budgeting, forecasting and cash planning for The Game.
Directly partnering with the account management teams to follow best practise financial rigour and forecasting to drive transparency for senior management.
You will prepare and monitor short and medium-term liquidity planning continuously improving and optimising liquidity management.
You take a holistic view that includes ensuring stable payroll processes, managing company administrations and leading financial projects.
You will ensure that the monthly and annual reporting is prepared on time and at the best quality delivered to the group FP&A team.
You will serve as a commercial sparring partner for the organisation and the management to drive efficiency, effectiveness and ultimately growth in the organisation.
You oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance.

WHO YOU ARE

You're an integrated finance senior with a deep knowledge in controlling, value flows, and supply chain management.
Ideally have agency background and understand the complexities of job bag and team burn rates.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have a growth mindset with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
You have a can-do, flexible and inclusive attitude with the ability to partner and get the best out of wider agency teams at all levels.
Be available for international travel as and when needed to fulfil your role.
Open to continuous learning and development.
You take ownership of deliverables, managing project streams independently and efficiently.
You are always approachable and have a good-natured service attitude.
You respond quickly and remain calm under pressure.
