As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zscaler, you will own a portfolio of customers, championing their needs and working with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deployments. Responsibilities include conducting regular business reviews, acting as a trusted advisor to achieve business objectives, and collaborating with sales to identify expansion opportunities. The role requires strong customer advocacy, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. This is a fully remote position located anywhere in the Pacific Time Zone.
Must have:

We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in the West, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success Management. This role is located anywhere in the Pacific time zone, and can be fully remote.

In this role:

  • You will own a book of customers, be the advocate for, and champion their needs
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to own and ensure customer deployments are completed quickly and efficiently
  • You will run monthly and quarterly business reviews and serve as a trusted advisor and ensure business objectives are realized.
  • You will work closely with Sales to identify opportunities for expansion

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, (e.g. solutions, customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering).
  • 2+ years of fundamental knowledge of two or more of the following technologies: Cloud Services Architectures & Solutions, Web-based Security, Networking, & Infrastructure Solutions).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs, CASB, etc.
  • A background in network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$115,500$165,000 USD
