The Role:
The Senior Director of Corporate Development & Strategy is a highly strategic and analytical leader responsible for driving the company's growth and expansion through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other corporate development initiatives. This role will also play a key role in shaping the overall corporate strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Corporate Development:
Lead the development and execution of the company's corporate development strategy: Identify, evaluate, and pursue M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
Manage the entire M&A lifecycle: from target identification and due diligence to negotiation, integration, and post-merger management.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis: to identify potential targets and assess industry trends.
Develop detailed financial models and valuations: to support deal evaluation and negotiation.
Build and maintain relationships with investment bankers, venture capitalists, and other external partners.
Present recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Strategy:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's overall corporate strategy.
Conduct strategic analysis and planning: to assess market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.
Leadership:
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred or relevant industry experience.
Exceptional experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.
Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions and other corporate development initiatives.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience in the specific industry of the company.
International business experience.
Strong network of contacts in the M&A and investment communities.

This position offers an annual salary of typically between $ 148K and $ 338K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
