Job Description
As a Business Development Analyst at Trendyol Express, you'll analyze business and operational needs, identify development areas, and create strategic plans. You'll collaborate with internal and external teams, manage projects end-to-end, and provide operational support. Responsibilities include benchmarking, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the organization's growth. Trendyol Express is a customer-oriented delivery platform combining technology and flexible operations. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on positive impact and technological advancement within e-commerce.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Analyzing the needs of business& operations teams and identifying development areas
- Providing solutions and planning a development plan according to business needs
- Coordinating external parties and internal teams during the business development effort
- End-to-end follow up of the projects with documentation and prioritizing according to impact
- Providing support to the operation for continuity in the processes
- Benchmarking and Identifying new business development opportunities and scale initiatives
- Adding value to the organization by discovering new fields of development
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields
- Have the ability to solve problems and analytical thinking
- Developed initiative and decision-making ability, able to support decisions with data
- Organization and communication skills are developed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel
- Customer and result-oriented approach
- Skill in prioritizing and multitasking
- Advanced reporting and presentation skills
- Passionate about internet technology, e-commerce and start-ups
- Quickly adapt to rapid changes& growth

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
