Senior Salesforce Developer

• Build a portfolio of business solutions built to work with Aristocrat’s Global ERP, BI, CRM and PLM solutions.
• Delivery of work to clients, ensuring adherence to Aristocrat methodologies and ensuring client happiness.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, Lightning Web Components, custom objects, 
• Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows and assignment rules). 
• Experience around Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Community Portal. 
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Automated release, Version Control and IDE.
• Experience in Open-Source programming language, Java, JSON.
• Develop, implement and maintain a detailed work plan, including traceable requirements, appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure timely, on-budget and quality outcomes
• Work with technical lead closely and targets mastery with best practices, high code quality and ensure     solution proposals are 
•  following Aristocrat’s long-term goals Identifies and resolves gaps in skills, processes, and delivery of work. 
• Expertise in all Salesforce configuration, development, integration and customization of complex environments.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals.
• Communicate with project managers, product managers, administrators and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure 
• effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, custom integrations and 3rd party APIs.
• Enjoys working in an agile team where things move quickly and priorities frequently shift.
• Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage 
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them 
• Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal 
• instruction and supervision 
• Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas. 
• Working knowledge of technologies like AJAX, JQuery and JSON
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Candidate must be willing to work varied hours, supporting Australian and United States business hours with on-call support.
   

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.

• 6+ years relevant technical experience with 5+ years of full-time Salesforce experience

• Experience working with globally distributed teams

• Salesforce Developer/Consultant/Administrator certification

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Very strong communication skills

• Should be process oriented and drive it among teams

• Self-starter and sets high standards for the quality of their deliverables

• Proactively report timely work status to lead / manager

• Creative and thinks out of box
