The Senior IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the internal helpdesk, including software and hardware configuration, purchases, and repairs. This role involves managing licenses, SaaS access, budgeting, hardware purchases, supplier management, and ensuring the security of end-user devices. Additional responsibilities include managing MDM for company devices, auditing software and licenses, configuring SaaS management workflows, onboarding/offboarding employees, and creating IT support documentation. The role is based in the London headquarters and requires an independent, responsible individual who can make quick decisions.
