Job Description

The Senior User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for launching and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for dating products. This includes analyzing advertising campaigns, conducting project and audience analytics using tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, and internal CRM systems. The role involves scaling channels without CPA growth, improving ROI, testing new targeting and ad types, and refining landing page concepts and creatives. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in digital B2C environments, focusing on web and app promotion, and be proficient in international markets, campaign optimization, and analytics tools, with a budget management experience of $100k+ monthly.

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work with our dating products.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Facebook Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
    • Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns;
    • Project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools;
    • Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
    • Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creative.

    We expect from you:

    • More than 3 years of relevant professional experience of working with Facebook channels in digital B2C environment;
    • Extensive expertise in web and app promotion (with the main focus on web);
    • Experience with international products (Tier-1/Asian markets will be huge advantage);
    • Expertise in campaign optimization of by CPA, ROI;
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer;
    • English B2+;
    • Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
