Job Description

This role is for a Server Development Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining game server functionalities, including features, gameplay, and events. The engineer will work closely with planning teams to implement server-side logic. Key responsibilities encompass interfacing with various platforms, debugging, online maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. Experience with MMO and card game projects is a plus. This position requires proficiency in Java, a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, and a collaborative work ethic.

Must have:

3+ years game server development experience
Proficient in Java
Strong data structures and algorithms understanding
MMO & card game experience preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

1 根据策划需求完成游戏服务端功能、玩法、活动等开发工作。

2 负责游戏服务端与平台的接口对接、功能调试、线上维护等工作。

3 负责游戏服务端线上问题排查及解决工作。

能力要求：

1 全日制本科以上学历，软件工程、计算机等相关专业。

2 精通JAVA语言编程，对数据结构和算法设计有深刻的理解。

3 具有3年以上游戏服务端开发经历，有MMO&卡牌项目开发经验优先。

4 具备积极进取踏实负责的工作态度，具有良好的沟通能力，强烈的团队合作意识，能承受工作压力。
