Student Worker, Partner Marketing

We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Partner Marketing Team, focusing on supporting our partners from a system perspective and contributing to insuring documented processes and data quality. You will be working in the engine room of the partner portal, our one-stop shop for partner enablement, partner marketing and partner sales.

Your Responsibilities
As Student Worker in Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for:

Maintain System Security:

• Contribute to partner account and member approval processes. 
• Contribute to Partner access to PRM or Technology Partner Finder, including granting, removing, and maintaining access. 
• Maintain user roles, profiles, and hierarchies. 
• Monitor usage, mentor users, and enhance the end-user experience.

Process Documentation and Maintenance:

• Document company processes and workflows. 
• Develop process documentation and field maps.

Data Quality and Maintenance:

• Assist with data migration into Impartner PRM/Technology Partner Finder. 
• Monitor and manage neglected records. 
• Ensure data integrity through merging, mass updates, and removing unnecessary data.

Your Profile
You are currently studying in a relevant field and is eager to learn. Furthermore, you find it motivating to be a part of a global company. We also hope you see yourself in most of below:

• You are Tech-savvy with a strong attention to details
• You can Investigate and Troubleshoot systems (operational)
• You understand systems logic (build, operational, architectural)
• You are pragmatic and able to find short-term Solution Building with bypass (workarounds, manual consolidation, and execution, temp Systems)
• You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• You are fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.  

The position is located in Brøndby, Denmark and you need to have a valid Danish work permit.
