Your mission

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced, you'll take the lead in finding the best talent and bringing a variety of technical engineering expertise to our offices. Furthermore, you'll ensure the recruitment process flows smoothly while building solid connections with our forward-thinking leaders. What you'll do

  • Take ownership of the entire full-cycle IT recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Source, attract, and hire national and international candidates for technical positions across all levels, maintaining rigorous standards throughout.
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and collaborating closely to meet hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruitment reports, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the process.
  • Contribute to building a positive and inclusive team culture by fostering collaboration, trust, and respect among colleagues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to comprehend the broader perspective and identify candidates not only tailored to your own vacancies but also to share potential candidates with your colleagues.
  • Promote unity towards a collective team objective by highlighting the importance of reciprocal assistance.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying The Workshop values and culture in all interactions with candidates and external network.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive and creative with recruiting practices
  • Once onboard and delivering satisfactory results, balance recruitment activities with project work and initiatives within the broader People & Talent Team (e.g. related to Candidate Experience, Interviewers trainings, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Analytics and much more!)

What you'll bring

  • Solid experience in full lifecycle in-house IT recruitment within a fast-paced and growing industry
  • Understanding of the technical company landscape in Spain, including key players, emerging trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for and understand a broad range of engineering positions; specifically, profiles within the Software Development life cycle.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of creativity and recruiting vision to attract top talent to the organization, including sourcing techniques using online social networking sites such as Linkedin, Stackoverflow, Github
  • Have worked with an ATS effectively on a daily basis
  • Curious about learning more about technology and upcoming tools automating processes
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, subject matter experts, and candidates
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatel
  • Curiosity about learning, improving and sharing knowledge working in agile environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication English skill
  • Experience in Dublin market is a plus.
