Team Lead (Supervisor Operations)

The Team Lead (Supervisor Operations) is responsible for supervising the daily functions of the Digital Print Ad Intel production department in Mumbai, India. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing delivery schedules, recommending personnel actions (hiring, termination, promotions), coordinating training, coaching and mentoring direct reports, ensuring data quality, managing workflow, coordinating with vendors, liaising with other teams, recommending process improvements, communicating production delays, and providing support for other Ad Intel deliverables. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. The position is a hybrid role.
