This involves applying a new document template, ensuring content clarity, and validating accessibility compliance. The role requires applying content into standardized Microsoft Word templates, editing job aids for clarity and consistency, conducting accessibility checks, collaborating with subject matter experts, finalizing documents for SharePoint publishing, and tracking document status. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, and familiarity with digital accessibility principles. The role is part of the Training & Communications Team in Jefferson County’s Business Innovation & Technology (BIT) department.
