We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Global Talent Development team, as a Culture Partner. The Culture Partner will be spearheading a comprehensive cultural transformation and integration project following two recent mergers. A critical step in successfully merging our organizations is reassessing our current culture, identifying strengths and areas for improvement across, and implementing a cohesive cultural strategy that aligns with our future goals as one Company. This is a one-year maternity cover, based in Copenhagen and reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer.
What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:
· Understand the current cultural landscape, including core cultural strengths and gaps
identified in a recent cultural assessment, conducted across the 3 merged organizations.
· Define an action and implementation plan to address these cultural gaps and trengthen
overall culture in line with our strategic ambitions. This requires a top-down, bottom-up and inside out approach including:
-Engaging key stakeholders at the leadership level (Executive Leadership Team and
Senior Leadership Team) to drive the necessary change across the company
-Reigniting and engaging the Culture Ambassador community to drive the necessary
changes within each geography and business unit
-Inviting perspective from experts in the field to discuss, inspire and teach best practices
to address and overcome any cultural barriers we currently face
-Establish a culture talk program with external experts in Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion, to understand how we can maintain a work environment where everyone can
thrive·
-Partner with Leadership Development Specialist to strengthen leadership capabilities in establishing trusting, inclusive and psychologically safe work environments
-Partner with Senior Talent Management Specialist to identify ways to track progress
and measure culture on an ongoing basis using our feedback and engagement data (e.g.
MilestoneVoice)
What do you need to have to apply?
· Proven experience in leading cultural transformation and integration projects.
· Strong understanding of organizational culture and change management principles.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
· Experience in working with diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
· Experience working in global organizations
