Job Description

As a Territory Manager at Trek, you'll leverage your strategic thinking, expertise, and inspiring nature to engage customers. You'll be responsible for developing dealer businesses, optimizing business volume and value with a long-term perspective, and coaching dealers using the "Win the Season" business mentality. Market analysis, increasing market share, and ensuring retail presence meets consumer expectations are key responsibilities. This role requires independent work within the sales area, while also being a strong team player. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys working with enthusiastic, high-achieving colleagues.

Job Description

In this position you will use your strategic way of working, your expertise, and your inspiring nature to engage our customers. Absolute reliability and a strong commitment to our company and our customers are important for you.

Despite working independently in the sales area, you are a team player who harmonizes well together with colleagues.

MAIN TASKS

Constantly develop our dealer’s business by leading them into the future

Optimize the business through volume and value with a long-term view

Grow the business mindset with our dealers by coaching them through our “Win the Season” business mentality

Analysis of market potential in the territory and development of concepts to actively increase market share

Secure that our presence in Retail meets the expectations of the consumer
